The European launch of the Premier 4509 Limited Widebody Bentley Continental GT was one of the highlight vehicles at the Zurich 2008 Car Show. The Widebody modification was undertaken by MT Tuning of Switzerland and met with enormous approval and favour with the media, specialists and the general public. MT Tuning’s Urs Thoma said “We are pleased with the results and workmanship on this project. We congratulate the owner on his singular vision for this vehicle.”

 

“The purpose of this design exercise was to point out the aggressive nature of the model, but also keeping a refined aspect” said, Mr Yokomaku, the chairman of Premier 4509. The body kit will be limited to a 100 units, all of which will be tagged with a unique identification serial number.

 

 

The exterior modifications include new spoilers. All these are made from a composite material which was created by mixing carbon-fiber with glass. The vehicle also has a Sports exhaust system by QuickSilver and a new grille.

 

The body kit consists of a front bumper, side skirts, rear bumpers, fenders front and rear quarter panels, which increase the entire width of 4 cm, each piece is hand-crafted a light mixture of carbon-fibre and glass-fibre reinforced plastic.

 

The Widebody concept captivates and adds an impressive appearance to the vehicle. Additional ventilation openings in the front apron allow necessary air flow to the engine. In the broad wheel housings 10.5x22” and 12x22” forged wheels are fitted. The side panels broaden the vehicle and lend themselves to the additional carbon inserts to give a racing car profile. The tail apron with QuickSilver Sports exhaust, tail trims and the carbon diffuser gives no doubt of the performance of this GT.
